What you can expect at the GESIPA® open day
GAV Neo
Discover the new GAV Neo automatic riveting machine – our successor to the GAV-HF, which has been used successfully worldwide for more than a decade. Designed for large flange blind rivets up to 16 mm and rivet diameters up to 6.4 mm in stainless steel, it operates oil-free and electrically, eliminating the need for oil and significantly reducing the number of components and sealing elements. The result: simplified maintenance, no accidental oil spills and drastically reduced air consumption – the logical step towards greater sustainability and efficiency.

FireBirdie®
The new FireBirdie® blind rivet nut tool from GESIPA® stands for maximum flexibility, precision and ergonomics – all packed into a particularly compact and powerful tool. The FireBirdie® is not only smaller and lighter than the FireBird® Pro, but also impresses with its endurance and performance. Weighing only approx. 1.8 kg including the battery, the tool is particularly ergonomic and ideal for mobile use. The stroke of 15 mm and the setting force of 13 kN enable a working range up to M8 steel. This allows the FireBirdie to effortlessly master a wide range of applications – from finer work to demanding industrial applications.
