iBird Pro Gold Edition CAS with 2 Li-Ion batteries 18V - 2,0 Ah / charger in L-Boxx

The iBird Pro Gold Edition from GESIPA is a networked battery-powered blind rivet tool from the Pro series that combines advanced technology with user-friendliness. Developed for demanding industrial environments, the iBird Pro Gold Edition can be connected and operated via an app with a smartphone or tablet. The simple connectivity via QR code allows the device to be connected to up to three devices simultaneously and provides the user with all information at a glance.
The Andon ring at the back of the iBird Pro Gold Edition visualises the riveting processes with a light signal. The riveting processes can be monitored and analysed in the app. The app functions include various counters, such as total, daily and setting counters. There are also displays for service requirements, including the collection container fill level and the cleaning and oiling of the Jaws.
An optional setting process assistant supports the worker in setting the setting process and evaluating the riveting processes and reports fault messages and history. The app also makes it possible to check the battery charge status, battery temperature and temperature of the device control. Operating instructions, maintenance instructions and a maintenance history are also available.
With a setting force of 20,000 N, the iBird Pro Gold Edition is a powerful tool that can process blind rivets from Ø 2.4 mm aluminium to Ø 6.4 mm in all materials (max. mandrel Ø 4.3 mm). The iBird Pro Gold Edition thus offers an innovative solution for precise and efficient riveting work, supported by a user-friendly app integration that provides comprehensive control and service functions.
In the Bird Pro series, GESIPA relies on the cross-manufacturer CAS battery system, which combines tools from a wide range of applications thanks to standardised batteries and chargers. The CAS battery packs are particularly long-lasting and powerful, based on Li-ion or LiHD technology. At GESIPA, the setting tools can be purchased with 2.0 Ah battery packs as standard - the compact 4.0 Ah battery is available as an accessory. Of course, all other available CAS battery packs are also compatible with our Bird Pro tools.
