Repair service

We repair your GESIPA® setting tool

Please note that we can currently only offer this service to our commercial customers (entrepreneurs in accordance with BGB § 14). As a private person, please contact your local retailer.

In case your setting tool needs to be repaired, please register the defective tool here for the repair service, we will take care of the shipping costs* of your device.
You can create your own customer account, which you are able to use to view your registered repairs. You can also create new repair orders and multiple addresses in your customer account and manage them.
You will receive a confirmation email after sending the repair registration in which you can find all details of your order. Please print out the attached PDF document, attach it to the package and send it to our repair department.

For the repair registration, please have your contact details, tool information and, if necessary, proof of invoice (as a PDF or image file) for warranty cases. As a business customer, please also have your customer number and VAT ID ready.

As soon as we have received the setting tool, we will take care of the repair as soon as possible. By sending in the riveting tool, you agree to our cost limits or fixed prices for the repair, which will apply from January 15, 2020. After the tool is repaired, we will send you an invoice. Please transfer the corresponding amount to one of the accounts specified.

Please note: Tool repairs that would be a total loss beyond economical repair and can no longer be fixed are excluded from the provision regarding cost limits. In this case, we will contact you to send you a quotation for a new tool.

Furthermore, the repair service is currently only valid within Germany. An expansion to other countries is already being planned. For repairs from other countries, please contact your local contact person.

* Shipping conditions: Please ensure that the parcel does not exceed 60 cm in height, 80 cm in width, 200 cm in length and 40 kg in weight.
