QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT




Achieving a high and consistent level of quality is and has always been one of the main criteria of Company policy. The continuous development of our Group is reflected in the attitude of its employees towards our quality commitment and their adherence to the Quality Management System rules and procedures.

The QMS defined in our Quality Management manual has been implemented according to the DIN EN ISO 9001 Standard and is also subject to constant review and improvement in accordance with specific international standards, e.g. QS9000 and VDA 6.1 and technology. Nowadays our QMS is founded both on the DIN EN  ISO 9000 standard as well as the ISO/TS 16949 technical specification. The interactions shown in the GESIPA process landscape constitute an addition to the quality manual and underline our commitment to process orientation.

Certifications received from third parties serve to illustrate Gesipa's total quality commitment.

Conservation and further development of the existing environment management system are a supplementary endeavour of our company policy.

Customer quality expectations are the driving force behind our quest for constant quality improvements to our products and services.

To ensure total compliance with all Quality Management measures, Gesipa management ensures quality audits are carried out both internally and with our material and component suppliers.

The Quality Manager has full autonomy in matters relating to quality assurance and management.

All Gesipa Quality Management measures aim primarily at long-lasting customer satisfaction, thereby strengthening our market position and ensuring the existence and prosperity of the Gesipa organisation.
